Sheri R. Hinish approaches supply chain management with a high-energy, intrinsic flair for innovation, and a unique ability to influence the transformation of complex business challenges into value-add solutions. Her professional strengths include leading change that disrupts the norm, collaborative relationship building, influencing the adoption of supply chain best practice, and optimizing systems, process, people to increase top and bottom line growth.
Affectionately named “Supply Chain Queen” by close colleagues, she is passionate about sustainable supply chains, servant leadership, employee engagement, emerging trends, and new ways of working, including Blockchain technology. She holds two credentials from Rutgers Business School with highest distinction (Beta Gamma Sigma): Master of Science in Supply Chain Management, and a Mini-MBA in Supply Chain in a Digitized Network. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain Management (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland. She is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University in Sustainability, with emphasis in Industrial Ecology (Circular Economy) and Product Life Cycle Management. Additionally, she is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
